Nicole Spiteri

Nicole Spiteri is a performing arts management professional and flautist with extensive experience in both artistic performance and cultural administration. She holds a Master’s Degree in Performing Arts Management from the Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan and a Master’s Degree in Flute Performance from the University of Malta.

Nicole has been performing with the Malta Youth Orchestra since 2016 and with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra since 2018.

Her experience at La Scala led her to work at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City during the 2024–2025 season, where she contributed to marketing strategy, press relations, and audience development initiatives.

Upon returning to Malta, Nicole began a new chapter with the Opera Nova Project, a voluntary organisation dedicated to fostering and supporting emerging operatic talent across the Maltese Islan​ds
